Byen ligger kun 11 km. væk og her er rig mulighed for en masse spændende og flotte oplevelser. Bla. kan nævnes: Ribe Domkirke, gågaden med de mange flotte og gamle huse, Skibbroen hvor der bla. er marked om sommeren, Ribe Vikingemuseum, eller I kan komme på tur med vægteren.
Her kan Nationalpark Vadehavet også opleves på tæt hold.
